Shipping is free for our customers from the UK. We do provide next working day delivery for orders before 3:00pm. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
How long will my order take?
All orders received before 3:00pm will be processed the same day (Monday to Friday) and be delivered on the next working day. Any orders placed after this time, weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the entire UK. FREE delivery applies to addresses within UK Mainland, and for the majority of items delivery is also free to the Highlands of Scotland. If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed.
Problems with deliveries
Unfortunately damages can rarely happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to sales@oriusbatteris.com and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email. Thank you,
